Pollinators Make it Possible

Pollinators Make It Possible was an ethical campaign Lush created to bring awareness to the role pollinators have in our everyday lives – for example, without pollinators there would be no food. This campaign showed why we need to protect them at all costs. I was the graphic designer on this project and worked with the Lush creative team to bring it to life.

THE BRIEF

To create a campaign that educates the public on the importance of pollinators, and their role in our everyday lives. We were asked to create a visually stunning campaign that would capture people's attention and execute a PR stunt to gain more exposure. 

THE SOLUTION

The art direction created by the creative team was to use edited photos of plants and the pollinators mixed with flab bold colours and typography, creating an artistic and eye-catching direction. As a PR stunt, we decided to take all of the products out of one of our main stores, showing that these products would not be possible without pollinators and what life would look like without them. We filled the store with signs and facts about pollinators and invited people inside the store to learn more. Overall, this project was very special to me and shows how beautiful design and an important message is the perfect marriage.
